We aim to elucidate previously unrecognized paracrine and endocrine signaling pathways that regulate stem cell fate and differentiation decisions that modulate body composition and metabolism.
We seek to understand how the organization of the nucleus is established, specialized across cell types, and maintained over time to influence cellular identity.
