Our lab leverages cutting-edge machine learning and experimental genomics to map the gene regulatory networks disrupted in cardiovascular disease and discover network-correcting therapeutics.
Our overarching goal is to understand the biology of skin cancer. We use a variety of -omic approaches to delineate the genetic and transcriptomic alterations in normal and tumorigenic skin cells.
The Vasudevan Laboratory studies growth factor signaling through receptor tyrosine kinases and the Ras signaling pathway in development and cancer with an emphasis on neurofibromatosis.
The research interest of my lab lies at the intersection of CRISPR-based genome editing and protein/cell engineering with special focus on hematopoietic stem cells and red blood cell disorders.
Our lab specializes in the analysis of highly polymorphic immunogenomic regions in the context of immune function, human health and disease, and evolutionary biology.
